GALA PARTY 乾杯🥂

本日は

皆様

おめでとうございます🎉

皆様は、

1年前のジャパンコンベンションを

覚えていますでしょうか？

クレイグ荒巻さんが

日本語でスピーチをして、

僕たちdōTERRAジャパンに

リーダーシップを教えて下さり、

とても大きな感動を与えて下さいました。

実は、

そんな彼から

密かに僕は

あるミッションを与えられていました。

それは、

次のコンベンションで、

こんどは五十嵐さんが

英語でスピーチをして、

みんなに勇気を与えて下さい、

と言う事でした。

しかしながら、

フィル社長は日本語が堪能で、

日本語のスピーチをご理解できますので、

やっぱり、日本語で

スピーチしようと思います（笑）

実は、

ディズニーの英語システムという教材を

日本一売っていましたが、

英語が苦手です（笑）

でも、

せっかくドクターヒルも来て下さいましたので

少しだけ勇気を出して、

英語でスピーチさせて頂いても

よろしいでしょうか？

Today’s GALA party

is for

all of us here 

whom worked very hard. 

Do you like the awards ceremony?

Some of you here 

might think 

you havn’t done enough

to be here today.

I can never forget

about what happened to me

10 years ago. 

I was sitting

at the very back

during the awards ceremony

of my previous company

in Hong-Kong. 

I couldn’t stop tearing

when I was giving an applause

as hard and long as I could

that my palms were hurting almost.

It had been a year

since I quit my job at the company, 

and started working as a self-employed. 

However

I was throwing all the excuses

and still 

had not focused on one career yet, 

and 

when I realized

that I felt so upset

and was frustrated

by my indecision.

And, 

that was when I decided 

to focus on one career, 

stop making excuses

and accept who I am. 

That brought me

to the top sales in Japan.

I was looking forward 

to attending today’s GALA party. 

Let’s applaud 

the achievement of great work

of everyone

and encourage

some of those

who are not yet satisfied

with their result. 

Especially

if you are working moms, 

please be proud of yourselves

and let your kids see you 

being bright and energetic 

on the stage.

and,

at this toast

let’s promise it

to Dr. Hill that 

we, 

doterra Japan

will become

the best in the world

and lead other region.

今日はGALAパーティーという、

頑張った人を称え合う表彰式です。

皆さんは表彰式はお好きですか？

ひょっとすると、この中には

思ったより成果が出なくて

悔しい気持ちでいる方も

いるかも知れません。

僕は10年前。

香港で行われた

ある会社の表彰式に出ました。

一番後ろの席から、

ステージで眩しいぐらい

キラキラ輝いている人達に向かって、

手が痛くなるぐらい

ずっと拍手をしていた時に、

涙が止まらなくなりました。

サラリーマンを辞めて1年。

フルコミ（自営業）の仕事をやると

決めていたのに、

仕事を掛け持ちしながら

言い訳ばかり言っていた

そんな自分に腹が立ち、

とても悔しい気持ちになりました。

でも、

そこで覚悟が決まりました。

すぐに言い訳をやめて

自分と向き合って、

仕事を１つにして、

そこから日本一になることが出来ました。

今日はとても素晴らしいGALA PARTYです☆

結果を残したに人には努力を称え

悔しい思いをしている人には

エンパワーをして

お子様をお持ちのママは、

是非、キラキラしている最高の舞台を

お子様に見せてください。

お子様はキラキラしている

ママを見るのが大好きです。

皆さまグラスをお持ち下さい。

そしてドクターヒルに約束しましょう。

これから世界一になります！
